4Review: Photo Art Studio is a software package that already has some elements to create greeting cards, collages and more. The user interface is simple and straightforward tool. You can add an image file using the file browser (drag and drop method is not supported). Now, you can edit the image by adjusting its brightness (contrast, saturation) Hue (Hue and lightness), balance (cyan, magenta, yellow), and rotate or crop it.
